There has been a lot of progress at Murdoch Square.
We’re pleased to announce Murdoch Square has been awarded a 5 Star Green Star - Design & As Built v1.2 - Design Review certified rating by the Green Building Council of Australia. This represents 'Australian Excellence' in environmentally sustainable building practices.
We are seeking to adopt international best practice across our projects and in our operations. We have a focus on addressing climate change, and on transitioning to 100% renewable energy and a circular economy approach to materials and this recent rating recognition for our Murdoch Square development is evidence of our commitment to our Sustainability Strategy.
Practical Completion is a step closer, with landscaping works underway, internal warm shell fitout's to the office and medical suites completed, and building signage installation underway. We’re excited to see Murdoch Square a step closer to completion with rooftop signage for Courtyard by Marriott Hotel recently installed and the façade construction nearing completion with scaffolding coming down.
