Specialists: Advanced Laparoscopy and Gynaecology Centre (ALGC) / Dr. Yogender Yadav

Dr Yadav obtained his medical degree in India in the year 2001 and underwent training in gynaecology in England for 4 years, New Zealand for 7 years and he has been in Australia since 2015.

He has completed two years AGES approved fellowship in Laparoscopic Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, South Australia. This means he is one of only a handful of surgeons trained and accredited by the top gynaecological society in Australia and New Zealand.

In Adelaide he specialised in minimally invasive surgery and advanced laparoscopy, with a special interest in uterine prolapse, vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence & management of endometriosis. He is an accomplished laparoscopic and pelvic floor surgeon.

Dr Yadav is amongst only a small number of doctors who perform level 6 (top most level) of laparoscopic surgery in Western Australia. Even fewer doctors can perform urinary incontinence surgery called laparoscopic Burch colposuspension (a type of surgery without use of a mesh), which he does.
