Specialists: Coastal Orthopaedics / Dr. Omar Khorshid

Dr Khorshid specialises in hip and knee surgery, including primary and revision joint replacement and arthroscopic and reconstructive knee surgery.

He completed his medical and orthopaedic training in Perth in 2006 and subsequently completed fellowships in sports knee surgery and hip and knee replacement in Sydney and Edinburgh.

He is Head of Department at Fremantle Hospital and holds a number of other positions, including Chairman of Education and Training at the Australian Orthopaedic Association, Vice President of AMA(WA) and Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Curtin University.
