Dr Austin has a special interest in physical health conditions with an underlying psychological contribution, or which impact psychological wellbeing, with a focus on sleep.

Henry applies evidence-based treatments, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy (ST).

He enjoys using his creativity to make therapy more engaging and to improve outcomes. Henry also works as a Clinical Psychologist at Fiona Stanley Hospital. He is an active researcher in areas of psychological science and an occasional Lecturer at the University of Western Australia.

Henry completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Western Australia (UWA) and a joint PhD with UWA & The University of Amsterdam. He has 3000+ hours of experience across both private and public health settings.
