Specialists: Orthopaedics WA / Assoc. Prof. Gareth Prosser

Gareth obtained his medical degree in the UK at Manchester University and undertook his surgical training in Birmingham.

His orthopaedic training was based at the internationally renowned Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2007.

Dr Prosser is very enthusiastic about education and is involved in the orthopaedic registrars training programme as well as teaching undergraduates. He has been awarded the post of Associate Professor from the University of Western Australia in recognition of his commitment to medical student teaching. He is regularly invited to teach on local, national and international courses for other orthopaedic surgeons.
