Dr Okamoto is an upper limb and hand specialist, seeing patients for shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries.
Dr Okamoto completed his medical degree at UWA and has since undertaken a Fellowship in Canada as well as extensive further training in Japan and Switzerland.
Dr Okamoto achieves great satisfaction from applying his skills in volunteer and outreach projects including missions he has completed in Madagascar, Honduras and Guatemala.
He is fluent in Japanese, German, Swiss German and has basic French and Spanish speaking abilities. Dr Okamoto operates as part of Coastal Orthopaedics at Bethesda and St John of God Hospital in Subiaco.
