Specialists: Coastal Orthopaedics / Dr. Jean-Louis Papineau

Dr Papineau’s areas of orthopaedic specialty are lower limb and traumatic orthopaedic injury.

After completing his medical degree at UWA, Dr Papineau completed a Fellowship at North Sydney Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Centre where he honed his skills in all aspects of knee surgery including joint replacement, ligament reconstruction and limb re-alignment procedures.

Upon completion he returned to Perth, joining Coastal Orthopaedics and returning to public practice at Royal Perth Hospital where he is able to continue to offer patients the expertise he developed in his time working in the hip & knee reconstruction and deformity correction unit.
