New Tenants to Call Murdoch Square Home

Hesperia is pleased to welcome Caffisimo, Zambrero, Bobaboba, MNG and a leading childcare operator to the carefully curated tenancy mix at Murdoch Square. These additions will further enhance the amenity to be delivered at this activated community precinct.  

Joining hospitality offerings Sushia and Apothecary Taphouse, the latest food and beverage operators expand the options available to precinct visitors and staff, capitalising on the strategically located hub within the Murdoch Activity Centre, with 10,000 plus visitors expected to pass through the area daily1¹. MNG joins the other commercial office tenants Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) and Ability WA.

Having topped out in May 2023, Murdoch Square is well on the way to realising its vision of bringing together national leaders in health, disability, and hospitality to the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct.

Murdoch Square is targeting practical completion in late 2023, with only four retail spaces remaining (ranging from 56-242 sqm) and five medical suites available, for either lease or sale.

The development is a joint venture between Hesperia and Aegis Health.
